Who Are We Looking
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key regions and sectors with high potential for IT solutions adoption. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and cold outreach. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to drive sales growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor
solutions that address clients' needs and add significant value to their operations. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and ROI of our IT solutions. Customize proposals to align with clients' unique requirements and budget constraints.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure profitable deals and achieve revenue targets. Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are clearly defined and mutually beneficial.
Drive the contract signing process to closure in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of IT solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients, address any issues or concerns promptly, and foster long-term partnerships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and strategic partnerships to enhance the company's presence and competitiveness in key regions. Forge alliances with industry stakeholders, resellers, and distributors to amplify sales efforts and accelerate growth.
